No refunds will be issued after project confirmation. Any deposit paid to CalDesign is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, regardless of project status, changes in scope, or early termination.
CalDesign shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to our services shall be resolved without a jury trial, and by using our services, you expressly waive any right to a jury trial.
All intellectual property, designs, code, and deliverables produced by CalDesign remain the property of CalDesign until full payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that any content, materials, or assets they provide do not infringe upon third-party rights or applicable laws.
